955 (nine50five) is the duration of a direct flight from Tampa to London & also the name of a pretty awesome producer band. “about.love” is the lead single from the upcoming EP titled “Johnny Cant Program” which features Rieces Pieces’ (producer of MIA ft Jay Z – XXXO Official Remix & others) collaborations with producers & artists from across the world… whom he met at various airport baggage claims & made pop songs with (ok, just kidding about the last part but that doesn’t make it any less swag {or w/e the 2012 word for swag is}). With Canadian Pop Singer/Songwriter Roz Bell on the vocals the “about.love” music video tells the story of the meanie we all know who permanently killed the hopeless romantic in us all.
I can’t help but be honest. I first heard the track and played in 3 times in a row after my initial spin. This is one of the catchiest songs I’ve heard all year (Yeah, 4 days and everything) so I wouldn’t be too surprised if this keeps popping up on playlists throughout the rest of the year. Gotta hear more.
