Murs remakes Common’s 1994 classic with a little bit of help from 9th Wonder. Reminds me of a time when hip-hop was this super sexy bitch, not the jump that she is nowadays. Nostalgic of a time when she was exclusive with a limited number of people, and wasn’t hopping from rapper to rapper looking for the next big thing.
From the Murs & 9th Wonder ‘Fornever’ album. This joint, directed by Levon “Spanky” Davis, will be premiering on MTV early next year.
