In part 2 of Power 105.1’s Cherry Martinez’s exclusive interview with Charli Baltimore, the Philadelphia native dishes on what she thinks went wrong with Murder Inc. and its CEO, Irv Gotti, how she parted ways with the label, Ja Rule and the alleged beef with her former labelmate, Vita. ON WHAT SHE THINKS WENT WRONG FOR MURDER INC. AND IRV GOTTI:
“He had the ball, he just couldn’t get it in the hoop. I think a lot of it was personal issues, I don’t even think it was his business savvy. I think he just let certain things get in the way of what was important.”

ON HOW SHE PARTED WAYS WITH MURDER INC.:
“…I left Murder Inc., I wasn’t kicked off, I wasn’t dropped, I left. It was a little gangster actually. We don’t got to get into the ifs, ands, and buts of what I did and how I did what I did, but it was a little gangster. Me and Irv didn’t speak for 4 years.”
