The Harlem native Charlie Clips teamed up with the Norfolk, Va artist Page for part 3 of his Bar 4 Bar Monday series. The duo goes in over Biggie’s “Who Shot Ya” instrumental giving there fans a taste of what to hear on their upcoming projects.
