K-Smooth aka Doktor Dennis aka Dennis Black aka That Dude With a Ton of AKA’s is a 19 year old rapper/producer from Poughkeepsie, NY. He recently reached out to us in anticipation of his 3rd mixtape “1990Somethin”, which will display his lyrical abilities to the fullest hence showing the fans that he not only can hang with the rest, but that he stand out from the stereotypical “rappers” because we all know everyone and their brother wants to be a rapper these days.
