Tamara Bubble gives back big time with a P.ublic S.ervice A.nnouncement (PSA). PSA is an upcoming album that addresses outrageous social issues! The release date is set for April 2, 2013 and all album proceeds (for the first six months after release) go to charity. Tamara has enlisted the help of the public with a strong PSA Kickstarter project to fund the promotional budget.
