On the 40th anniversary of the New Jersey Turnpike incident–Thursday May 02, 2013–in which the U.S. government alleges Black Liberation Army members, Sundiata Acoli, Assata Shakur and Zayd Malik killed State Trooper Werner Foerster in a shootout–the FBI again calls for the extradition of exiled former Black Panther Assata Shakur. In an obviously politically motivated move, she became the first woman named to the FBI’s Most Wanted Terrorists list. This is nonsense. In tribute to this brave revolutionary, Truth Universal celebrates her contribution to the struggle for freedom, justice, and equality for oppressed people in the U.S. and worldwide!
