Under his personal imprint “Obese Citizens”, Cap Stylez released RAPTURE, a dual disc project (an album AND a mixtape). Each project is free, but listeners are welcome to donate as much money as they want towards the album. RAPTURE revolves around Cap as he grows more aware of his place in the world and continues down a road that’s filled with friends, foes, dreams, nightmares, aspirations, fears, love, and the inescapable pull of time. The album is the more conceptual version of RAPTURE, as The Captain is the narrator throughout the project. The mixtape contain more rhythmic songs, but nothing is watered down. Featured artists include Kaonashi G and DDot of Reich 9, TearZ NaBoo, Kay Cee and Sam Fujimoto of Skinny Gang Ginyu Force, Taiyana, Blakk Friday, Adonis The Ace, Lil Chink, RAI L, $harko and Lahda.
